Overview

Communyon is a platform that connects creators with their supporters. By using Communyon, you agree to these terms.

Creator accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account.
• You are responsible for the content you publish on your page.
• You must not use the platform for illegal activities or to sell prohibited content.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting payments, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Communyon charges a 5% platform fee on all transactions.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Payouts are processed by Stripe according to their payout schedule.

Prohibited content

You may not use Communyon to publish or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

Communyon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
